What does “all-in price” include?
The price shown for in-store installation includes the tires, installation and balancing, valves ($1 per tire), the tire recycling fee ($4.50 per new tire), GST (5%) and QST (9.975%). The final price is confirmed in your cart.
How do I find the right tire size?
It is written on the sidewall of your current tires (for example 205/55R16), on the sticker inside the driver’s door frame, and in the owner’s manual. You can also search by vehicle on our site.
Which brands do you carry?
All the major brands, through our supplier: Michelin, Bridgestone, Continental, Goodyear, BFGoodrich, Pirelli, Toyo, Firestone, Falken, Hankook, Nexen, Kumho, General, Westlake and others. The site shows the tires actually available in your size.
What if my tires are not in stock at your shop?
They come from our supplier. The site calculates the earliest possible appointment date based on stock.
How does the INSTA20 code work?
The code INSTA20 gives 10% off the tire price when you buy 4 or more tires online. Enter it in your cart or on the booking page. It does not apply to installation or the recycling fee, and taxes are calculated after the discount. Some higher-priced tires are not eligible.
Are manufacturer mail-in rebates an instant discount?
No. Rebates (up to $110 when you buy 4 eligible tires) are paid by the manufacturer after you send a claim. They depend on the brand, model and purchase period. We confirm eligibility in store or at 450-375-2424.

How do I book an appointment?
Online, on our booking page (in French). Choose the service, then the date and time from our real schedule. You get a text message confirmation and can pay online or in store.

What are your opening hours?
Monday to Friday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday: 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. Closed on Sundays and Quebec holidays.
Which services can I book online?
Tire installation, buying tires with installation, wheel mounting, repair, balancing and rustproofing (in season). Mechanical work (brakes, diagnostics) is by phone only.
Delivery and pickup
Do you deliver tires?
Yes, free within 30 km of Granby, as soon as possible. Delivery is without installation. Outside that area we do not deliver, but in-store pickup is available. The announced day is an estimate: we call or text you to confirm the day and time.
Can I pick up my tires in store?
Yes, free and without installation. Payment is made online and we let you know as soon as your tires arrive.
Can I cancel an order before delivery?
Yes. Call us at 450-375-2424. You get a full refund to your card in 5 to 10 business days, depending on the card issuer.
What if there is a problem when I receive my tires?
Check your tires and tell us within 48 hours if there is an error or damage.
Can I return my tires?
New, unmounted and unused tires can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Call us first. The tire price and recycling fee are refunded. Return shipping is at your expense, unless we made an error or the tire is defective. Mounted, used or damaged tires are not refundable.
Payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard and Apple Pay online, processed by Stripe. We never store your card number. For an appointment, online payment is optional: you can also pay in store. For delivery and pickup, payment is always online.
Warranties
Are my tires covered against potholes?
It depends on the brand. Some manufacturers offer a road hazard warranty on specific models (Continental, General, Falken, Hankook, Nexen, Pirelli, Kumho). Repairable damage is not covered. We confirm the eligibility of the exact tire before you buy. See all warranties.
Maintenance and services
When should I install my winter tires?
In Quebec, winter tires are mandatory from December 1 to March 15. We recommend installing them when the temperature stays below about 7 °C.
When should I replace my tires?
The legal minimum tread depth is 2/32 in (1.6 mm). For winter driving, we recommend replacing tires around 4/32 in. Have tires older than 6 years inspected.
Do you offer tire storage?
Yes, in a temperature-controlled, secure and insured warehouse: $50 for a car, $60 for an SUV and $80 for a truck (plus taxes). For the length of storage and the terms, call us at 450-375-2424.
What does rustproofing include?
We apply Otoprotec 55 H/P, a high-pressure oil-wax that does not drip and protects against salt and moisture: $150 for a car, $160 for an SUV and $200 for a truck (plus taxes). The service is offered only from June 1 to October 1.
