Road hazard warranty
Offered by some manufacturers on eligible models: if a nail, a pothole or a cut causes irreparable damage, the tire is replaced.

- Repairable damage is not covered. Mounting, balancing and taxes may remain at your expense.

Manufacturer warranty against manufacturing defects
The new tires we sell are covered by their manufacturer’s warranty against manufacturing defects, under each brand’s conditions.
Online orders: inspection, returns and cancellation
- On receipt of a delivery or pickup: check your tires and tell us within 48 hours if there is an error or damage.
- Returns: new, unmounted and unused tires, within 7 days of delivery. Call us first.
- Cancellation before delivery or pickup: call us for a full refund to your card (5 to 10 business days depending on the card issuer).
